BVDRC Valentine's Drive on Saturday, Feb. 9th

Time: For those that are doing the basic, short drive, we will meet and drive/ride out at 11:00 am. If you want to go on a longer route, feel free, and you can come and leave earlier.

Where: We will gather at Lisa Robertson's place and park rigs, harness/saddle, and ride over to Kathy and Jason Williams' place. This is about 3 miles or so. We will eat and have a meeting (remember we are holding elections that day also) and then drive/ride back.

Remember that this will be a pot-luck lunch. The club is going to supply the ham and the members/guests bring side dishes. Plastic ware and ice will be available as will water for your animals. You might want to bring some drinks and a bucket to water your animal and a halter/lead rope so you can tie up your animal at Kathy's. She has a lot of trees that can be used for tying. We have been "blessed" with inclement weather just about every year - only a few brave souls have actually driven as it has either been VERY COLD, rainy, or all of the above. Soooo, if the weather is not good, we will just meet at Kathy's and have lunch and a meeting. We still have fun and I have it on good authority that the William's party room has some new games - shuffle board, pin ball, etc. So plan on coming and having a good time regardless of the weather!
